Play informed. Keep the judgment.
Use Foreward as a golf performance tool, not an official course or competition authority. Check local rules, official scorecards, hazards, distances, and device restrictions with the course or committee.
Operator and agreement
Foreward is operated by Blake Parkman, 1216 Edenham Lane, Cumming, Georgia 30041, United States. Questions can be sent to blakeparkman6@gmail.com or raised by phone at +1 678-570-7929. By using Foreward, an adult user—or the parent or legal guardian managing a player under 18—agrees to these terms and the privacy notice.
Purpose
Foreward is a golf performance and decision-support tool. It helps a player record rounds, calculate statistics from entered shots, review patterns, and build practice plans.
No guarantee of course or competition accuracy
Golf courses change. Community scorecards, mapped features, imagery, tee positions, flags, hazards, and routes can be missing, stale, or wrong. Foreward withholds editable geometry when its evidence does not agree, but that safety gate does not make the product an official yardage source. Confirm local rules, scorecard, hazards, distances, device restrictions, and competition policies with the course or committee.
Player-entered evidence
Strokes-gained and coaching outputs depend on complete and correctly classified shots. An unconfirmed lie, missing penalty, unfinished hole, approximate GPS point, or incomplete round can change the result. The product must show evidence coverage and should not represent an incomplete sample as certainty.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to publish, alter, or vandalize shared course geometry without authorization.
- Do not upload data you lack permission to use, including another player’s private exports.
- Do not use intercepted credentials, private competitor endpoints, or automated access prohibited by a source’s terms.
- Do not rely on Foreward where an error could create a safety risk.
Availability and local storage
Profiles and golf records are stored on the current device or browser unless exported. Clearing app or site data, losing the device, or switching browser profiles can permanently remove that information. Export important records regularly. A membership does not include cloud backup or cross-device golf-record sync. Changes to paid access remain subject to the subscription terms below and applicable consumer rights.
Monthly iPhone membership
Foreward’s player membership is US$9.99 per month in the United States. The App Store shows the applicable local price and currency before purchase. Subscriptions are not on sale until the monthly iPhone release is available. Downloading the app is separate from subscribing. No free trial or annual plan is offered for this release.
When purchases are enabled, membership provides ongoing access to recording and editing your rounds, shots, practice plans, and journal, with performance analysis and Coach Now based on that record. Existing records remain readable after membership expires, and export, deletion, and support remain available. Sample profiles are demonstrations, not a paid account or customer results. College-team administration, cloud accounts, and browser subscriptions are not included in this iPhone release.
Apple charges the Apple Account after purchase confirmation. The subscription renews monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it through the app’s Manage with Apple control or the Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues for the paid period unless Apple revokes or refunds it. Removing the app or deleting player data does not cancel a subscription.
Restore Purchases checks an existing membership using the Apple Account that purchased it. It restores subscription access, not lost golf records. The subscription is not offered with Apple Family Sharing in this release. A parent or guardian must control purchases for a parent-managed player.
Apple handles App Store refund requests through Report a Problem, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law. The iPhone app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these product terms supplement it and do not reduce rights that applicable law preserves.
No warranty; responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Foreward is provided as available without a promise that course data, statistics, recommendations, access, or storage will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. The player remains responsible for golf decisions, official scoring, safety, backups, and compliance with course and competition rules. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated when the product, providers, or law changes. The current date will appear at the top of this page. A user may stop using Foreward and delete local player data at any time. Blake may restrict misuse that threatens the product, another person, a provider, or the law.
Third-party sources
Course identity, scorecards, course imagery, and open-source software may be supplied under separate licenses and attribution requirements. Foreward does not grant rights that belong to those providers.
Players age 8–17
Foreward is designed for players age 8 and up. A parent or legal guardian must create the profile for anyone under 18 and keep control of the guardian PIN. These profiles retain an age group instead of the exact birth date and turn off player email, precise location, Groups, sharing, external navigation, and online course lookup. In the monthly iPhone release, subscription controls require a guardian unlock. A subscription does not remove the child-profile restrictions. The PIN protects settings on this device; it does not verify a person’s identity or replace any consent required by law.
